Detailed Eligibility:
SDE 1 – Backend Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 years of experience in a Core software engineering experience in startup environment
Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby rails.
- Strong Understanding with SQL and database management
- A growth mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on testing, learning, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience in mobile analytics or app growth strategies.
- Knowledge of Angular / React / HTML / CSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration: Develop and maintain server-to-server data pipelines that integrate our backend systems with marketing, ad, and sales platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more.
- Event Tracking and Analytics: Implement event-based analytics and conversion tracking across key platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Singular), ensuring accurate measurement of marketing campaigns and user behavior.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor data flows and marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation across channels.
- Growth Tools Integration: Work closely with product and marketing to integrate third-party growth tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing, sales, and analytics processes.
- Web Optimization: Design and implement tests to optimize landing pages, user flows, and other critical touchpoints. This includes building A/B tests, feature evaluations, and analytics instrumentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and execute growth strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Profile Overview: As an SDE-1 Backend Engineer, you will work on data to drive growth through strategic projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, implementing conversion tracking, and optimizing our growth efforts across various web platforms.
