Role in Dish TV:
- Create and manage content on the CMS through integration of text, images, documents, and videos, in a timely manner, ensuring quality.
- Managing configurations and solving Clients’ and Customer’s queries.
- Managing Ticketing Tool JIRA, Creating tickets, assigning to respective team/person, updating the status of the ticket upon progress.
- App Testing, Quality Check & Report.
