Detailed Eligibility for CUTN Careers 2025:
Educational Qualifications:
Project Title: “Enhancement of ferroelectricity in HfO2 based thin films by Ion irradiation for the application of HfO2 ferroelectric films based Non-volatile memory devices”
JRF/Project Fellow:
- M.Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 55% For SC/ST candidates, the minimum is 50%
- Desirable:
- Interest in ion-accelerator based research and Electronics (Note: Candidates should be willing to travel to IUAC, New Delhi and other accelerator labs in India whenever it is needed.)
- GATE / NET candidates will be preferred.
Remuneration:
- GATE / NET qualified candidates: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Non-GATE / Non-NET candidates: Rs. 14,000/- per month. (Those who have already availed the CSIR/UGC – NET or GATE fellowship for full term are not eligible for this post. Those who have already completed PhD are also not eligible.)
Duration of the fellowship: 01 year (extendable up-to 03 years) (or) completion of the project whichever is earlier
