Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Project Associate – I:
- Essential: Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Materials Science/Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgy/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University.
- Desirable work Experience: The candidate shall have experience in Nanopowder synthesis & characterization and should be able to conduct the experiments and analyze the data.
- Job Requirement:
- The candidates selected will be providing technical assistance in the project.
- Active participation in various R&D efforts of the sponsored project is expected.
Project Technical Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Physics/Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Desirable work Experience:
- For 5 posts, candidates shall have experience in Lithium lon/Super Capacitor fabrication line/ EV applications.
- For 1 post, the candidate shall have experience in handling the nano powder production equipment.
- Exposure to materials characterization will be an added advantage.
- Job Requirement:
- The candidates selected will be providing technical assistance in the project.
- Active participation in various R&D efforts of the sponsored projects is expected.
Age Limit ( As on 15 September 2023 ) :
- Project Associate – I: 35 Years
- Project Technical Assistant: 50 Years
Age Relaxation :
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates.
- Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities shall be as per Govt. of India orders.
Stipend :
- Project Associate – I: Rs. 25,000/-
- Project Technical Assistant: Rs. 20,000/-
