Detailed Eligibility for Telangana High Court Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Law Clerks:
- The candidate should have acquired a Degree in Law from a recognized University, having studied a 5-year regular stream after completion of 10+2 years of schooling or who have studied regular 10+2 years of schooling followed by 3 years of regular curriculum in a degree course before taking a 3-year regular law degree from a college affiliated to a recognized University.
- The candidate should have passed the Degree in law within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Law Clerks.
- The candidates should have computer knowledge including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes, such as, Manupatra, sec Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc
Duration: Contract basis for one year
Age limit (As on 01 July 2024): A candidate must not have attained the age of 30 years
