Job Title: Trainee – IT Support (Windows)

Associate Engineer (Fresher):

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and Operating Systems (especially Windows)
Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop Support
Interest or exposure to Automation tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:
