Eligibility Criteria:
Storage Support Engineer:
- Bachelors in BSC, BCA, B.Tech, BE, and similar from Engineering Background.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Storage
One would be working on the following Technologies and Skillset:
- Storage Fundamentals like SAN, and NAS.
- Storage Protocols like Fiber channel and ISCSI technology.
- Storage Array products and RAID
- Operating Systems like Windows and Linux.
Day to Day role includes:
- Provide Remote Storage Hardware & Software support, Diagnose and solve Incidents/Issues via phone and email.
- Candidate should perform the Problem resolution and interface with Onsite Engineers.
- Perform Installation, Troubleshooting, and Configuration.
Note:
- Shift: Night Shifts
- Cab facilities will be provided for both pickup and drop.
