Detailed Eligibility for NITM Careers:
Educational Qualification for NITM Jobs:
Young Professional-I (Information Technology):
- Essential: Graduate with at least 55% marks in Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science /Artificial Intelligence/Operating Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Graphics.
- Desirable:ย Experience in networking, cybersecurity measures implementation, and management.
Young Professional-II (Legal):
- Essential: Law graduate from a University/ Institution recognized by UGC,enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of State in which he/she is practicing and 2 yearsโ experience in dealing with Civil/ Service/Labor Arbitration cases and exposure to drafting of Agreement/ MoUs/ Deeds etc. after enrolment.
- Desirable:ย Experience in Legal Matters, CAT cases, High Court cases, etc.
Duration:ย The engagement is purely on a temporary basis, for a period of one year. Extension may be considered depending upon the satisfactory performance and requirement of the services by the Institute.
Age Limit (As on 11 August 2025):ย
- Young Professional-I: Maximum age limit is 35 Years
- Young Professional-II: Maximum age limit is 40 Years
Age Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit is admissible as per the rules.
Salary Details:ย
- Young Professional-I: Rs. 30,000/-
- Young Professional-II:ย Rs. 42,000/-

ย Selection Process for NITM Careers:
- The selection process will be based on the candidateโs performance in the interview.
- The engagement will be made based on results of interview / personal discussion
- In case of receipt of a large number of applications, a written test may be conducted for screening purposes only
- The applications shall be shortlisted based on the prescribed essential qualifications, experience and age.
- The original Application must be submitted by candidate by hand on the date of walkin-interview
- The candidate should also bring all original documents for verification at ICMR-NITM on the day of walk-in interview.
