Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Details:
Research Associate:
- With Doctoral Degree: PhD degree in Agricultural economics/ Agribusiness Management OR
- With Master’s Degree holders: Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics/ Economics/ Agribusiness Management with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s Degree having Ist division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced by Fellowship/Associateship/ Training/ other engagements as circulated vide F.No. 2-9/2012-IRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCD/ NAAS rated (@4) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019.
- Desirable: Good knowledge of Computers, MS Office, STATA, Data extraction, handling, etc.
Senior Research Fellow:
- Management/ Sced Science & Technology/ Agriculture Extension Agricultural Statistics/ Statistics with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Economics Statistics with 3 ycars of Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Master’s Degree should have NET Qualification and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn,/6/27/2014/HRD dated 13th July 2015, OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD dated 9th October 2015 of the council and OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.19
- Desirable: Good knowledge of Computers, MS Office, STATA, Data extraction, handling, etc.
Young Professional:
- Masters in Agricultural Economics/ Economies/ Agribusiness Management/ Sced Science & Technology/ Agriculture Extension/ Agricultural Statistics/ Statistics.
- Desirable: Good knowledge of Computers, MS Office, STATA, Data extraction, handling, etc.
Age Limit(As on date of interview):
- Research Associate: 40 – 45 Years
- Young Professional: 21 -45 years
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST
- The upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC
Salary:
- Research Associate: Rs. 49,000 – 54,000/-pm
- Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000 – 35,000/-pm
