- Be the โEyes & Earsโ of productionโspot issues before they escalate.
- Operate in a high performance ODC environment supporting critical applications.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
The Setup:
- Location: Bangalore
- 24ร7 rotational shifts 5 days/week in ODC environment (no hybrid).
- Role Focus: L1 / L2 Production Support
Your Role:
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace dashboards
- Own incident lifecycle via ServiceNowโlogging, tracking, and resolution
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge call coordination
- Support post deployment validation and application health checks
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for faster issue resolution
- Act as L1/L2 escalation point for high severity incidents
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues
- Document runbooks, procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement
Your Stack:
- Dynatrace (APM, monitoring, log analysis, observability)
- ServiceNow (Incident & Ticket Management)
- Monitoring dashboards, alerting, KPI/SLI/SLO tracking
- Basic understanding of production support tools and environments
