Assam SLRC Class III Posts 2023: The Assam State Level Recruitment Commission has announced notification for Class III Posts. There are 7,600 openings for these posts. Candidates with the qualification of 10th/12th/Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma can apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 10 November 2023 to 29 December 2023. The detailed eligibility and selection process are explained below.

Education Qualification:
Class III Posts:
Category I – Bachelor Degree Level :
- Bachelor’s Degree Or
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration from a recognized Institute Or
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration and Stenography Certificate from a recognized Institute Or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6(six) months duration from a recognized Institute. Or
Category I – HSSLC Level :
- HSSLC or equivalent Examination passed Or
- HSSLC (Science) Examination passed
Category I – HSLC Level :
- SLC or equivalent Examination passed with a valid LMV Driving Licence
Age limit(As on 1 November 2023): 18 – 40 years
Age relaxation:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
- 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
- 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.

Selection Process:
- The Selection Criteria and the mode of examination for the different categories of posts shall be communicated in due course of time
- The candidates who have passed the Written examination will have to appear for a Skill test viz. Computer/Stenography/Driving Skill tests etc.
- The shortlisted candidates will have to bring all the original testimonials
