Experience And Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Masterโs degree (HR/ Psychology, or related fields).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an added advantage.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Learning & Organization Development team at Zeta on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs. This role offers significant ownership and exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
- Drive program operations, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics, including AI and workplace learning.
- Create, curate, and manage communication content such as blogins, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.
