Yantra India Limited Jobs – Detailed Eligibility:

Trade Apprentices:

For Non-ITI Category:

Should have passed Madhyamik (class X std or equivalent) and possess minimum 50% marks as per criteria of the concerned Board (as per the original Marksheet) and with minimum 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science

For ITI Category:

Should have passed relevant trade test from any institute recognized by the NCVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through Gazette notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment with duration as per the Trade Apprentices Act 1961 with possession of minimum 50% marks in the ITI examination.
The relevant trade to be considered will be strictly on the basis of Schedule I of Apprentice Act 1961, amendments thereof, and the available vacancies in the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories.
In addition, the candidate must have passed Madhyamik / Class X std or equivalent (Minimum 50% marks in Matriculate/ Class X std).

Age Limit(As on 21 November 2024):

Trade Apprentices: Minimum 14 years and 18 years, The upper age limit is 35 years

YIL Apprentice Stipend:

NON-ITI (Matriculation/ Xth Class Candidate): Rs. 6000/-
EX-ITI (ITI Pass candidate): Rs. 7000/-

Selection process of YIL Apprentice 2024:

Selection will be on the basis of merit and choice of Ordnance Factory submitted by the candidate.
The merit list will be prepared separately for the NON-ITI and EX-ITI categories.
The marks/percentage will be considered for preparing the merit list

Application Fee:

Application fee for UR & OBC Candidates (Non-refundable) – Rs.200/- plus GST.
Application fee for SC/ST/Women/PWD/Others (Transgender) – Rs. 100/- plus GST
