Detailed Eligibility:
AI Operator Intern (HITL):
Basic Qualifications:
- Final year / 7th or 8th semester students from the 2026 Batch in BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Interest in career paths such as AI Prompt Engineering, Annotation, QA, AI Ops, and AI Queue Management
- Willingness to work in US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows
- Ability to handle repetitive, high-precision tasks
- Awareness of data security and confidentiality protocols
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong US English listening and speaking fluency
Internship Duration & Stipend
- Duration: 4–6 months (Starting September 2025 onwards, exact date to be confirmed by HR)
- Stipend:
- ₹8,000 – Months 1 & 2
- ₹12,000 per month – Months 3 & 4
- ₹15,000 per month – Months 5 & 6
Internship Summary:
- Xtransmatrix is seeking motivated interns to join our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AI Operations team. Internship Commitment & Terms:
- Interns must complete the full 6-month internship period.
- Working hours strictly follow U.S. business timings.
- No leaves or absences allowed, except under valid medical/compassionate grounds with prior approval.
- Early Exit Clause: Interns discontinuing before 6 months (without valid grounds) must pay ₹50,000 as liquidated damages.
