WBPCB Recruitment 2021 – The West Bengal Pollution Control Board WBPCB has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Senior Project Associate/Project Associate. There are 22 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidate who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply from 17 May 2021 to 04 June 2021. West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) is the first federal environmental regulation of the country, the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the Government of West Bengal constiituted the West Bengal Prevention and Control of Water Pollution Board vide Notification . After introduction of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Board constituted under the Water Act was given the responsibility to implement the provisions of the Air Act within the state of West Bengal and the said Board was renamed as the West Bengal Pollution Control Board

For Environmental Analyst:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science/Geology/Biology/zoology/Botany/Chemistry/Micro biology/Physics/Bio Chemistry/Bio Technology from a recognized university with 2 years experience in laboratory.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
For Senior Accounts Clerk:
- Bachelor Degree in commerce from a recognized university with 5 years experience in accounts work.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
For Accounts Clerk:
- Pass in Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.

For Laboratory Assistant:
- Pass in Higher Secondary (Science) Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and possessing minimum 2(two) years experience in Laboratory work.
