WBMDFC Recruitment – Detailed Eligibility:

Assistant Manager:

• A degree from a recognized University in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience of working in a Government organization
• Basic knowledge of Accounts and Accounting Procedure; and
• Diploma in Computer application from a Government recognized institute

LDC (Lower Division Clerk):

• Madhyamik or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board; and
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Desirable: Minimum 5 years experience in handling loans/scholarships /accounts /micro-credit in a Government organization.

Group-D: Passed VIII(eight) from any institute recognized by a Board or a Council.

Driver:

• Passed VIII(eight) from any institute recognized by a Board or a Council.
• Driving licence (LMV) with five years experience in driving

Age limit (As on 01.01.2019):

• Assistant Manager: 26-37 Years
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Group-D: 18-40 Yrs.
• Driver: 24-45 Yrs

Post wise vacancies: 41 Posts

• Assistant Manager – 22 Posts
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 13 Posts
• Group-D – 5 Posts
• Driver – 1 Post

Relaxations in upper Age Limit:

• 5 years for SC/ST Candidates
• 3 years for OBC candidates
• 10 years for PWD candidates.

Salary details:

• Assistant Manager: Rs.7,100-37,600/-
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Driver: Rs.5,400-25,200/-
• Group-D: Rs.4,900-16,200/-

Selection Process of WBMDFC Recruitment:

• The selection process will be based on the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination & Personality Test/Interview.
• Marks obtained in Preliminary Examination shall be of qualifying nature only.
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of marks obtained in Main Examination only shall be
  allowed to appear in the Personality Test.
• Final selection/ merit list will be made on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the Main Examination and Personality Test.
