Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Registrar:

  • Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience. Or
  • Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education. Or
  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Finance Officer:

  • Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience. Or
  • Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. Or
  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent pest.

Librarian:

  • A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science I Documentation Science with at least 55% or marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
  • A Ph. D. Degree in library science I information science / documentation / archives and manuscript keeping.
  • At least 10 years as a Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant /Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years’ experience as a College Librarian.
  • Evidence of Innovative Library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.

Deputy Registrar:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Internal Audit Officer:

  • Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Accounts Services in Central / State Govt holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR
  • Officers with three years regular service in Level 11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department /Autonomous Body. OR
  • Officers with five years regular service in Level 10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department /Autonomous Body.

Assistant Librarian: A Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

Section Officer:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/University.
  • Three years- experience as Assistant/Senior Assistant.
  • Proficiency in computer operation, note writing and drafting.

Assistant/Senior Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institution.
  • Three years’ experience as UDC/Office Assistant or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Typing, Computer applications, note writing and drafting.

Upper Division Clerk/Office Assistant:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute / University.
  • Two years’ experience as Lower Division Cleric/Junior Office Assistant cum Typist /Equivalent post.
  • Speed in English Typing @35 wpm.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.

Lower Division Clerk/Junior Office Assistant cum Typist:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute /University.
  • English Typing @35 wpm (35 wpm corresponding to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 Key depressions for each work).
  • Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th Pass from a recognized Board Or ITI Pass (from a Government recognized ITI).

Professional Assistant:

  • Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from any recognized University /Institution with 02 years of experience in the relevant field in a University / Research Establishment. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science from any recognized Institute / University with 03 years of experience in the relevant field in a University /Research Establishment.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.

Semi Professional Assistant:

  • Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science from any recognized University /Institution. Or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science from a recognized Institute/University with two years relevant experience in a University /Research Establishment / Central /State Govt. /PSU/ Autonomous Institutions.

Library Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Library Attendant:

  • Passed in 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
  • Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized institution.
  • One year experience in a University /College Educational institution Library.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.

Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with minimum two years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific instruments in a Laboratory,however, the relevant subject will be as decided by university as per the functional requirement of the department concerned.



Laboratory Attendant:

  • 10+2 pass in science stream from any recognized Central /State Board. Or
  • 10th Pass from any recognized Central / State Board with Science as one of the subjects and passed in skill certificate programme in Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in the relevant fields with 03 years of experience.

Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E/B.Tech in the relevant fields with 03 years of experience.

Junior Engineer (Civil):

  • B.E/B.Tech in the relevant fields with 01 year experience. OR
  • Diploma in the relevant field with 03 years of experience.

Junior Engineer (Electrical):



  • B.E/B.Tech in the relevant fields with 01 year experience. OR
  • Diploma in the relevant field with 03 years of experience.

Private Secretary/PA:

  • Candidates should possess any bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m.
  • Proficiency of Computer Applications.
  • Proficiency in Typing in English with minimum speed of 35 w.p.m.
  • 05 years of experience as Stenographer.
  • 03 years of experience as Personal Assistant.

Personal Assistant:

  • Candidates should possess any bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m.
  • Proficiency of Computer Applications.
  • Proficiency in Typing in English with minimum speed of 35 w.p.m.
  • 05 years of experience as Stenographer.

Stenographer:

  • Candidates should possess any bachelor’s degree.

Senior Technical Assistant:

  • Candidates should possess any master’s degree with 02 years of experience in the relevant fields.

Security Inspector:
