What You Need:
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech qualifications
- 0-1 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
- A foundational understanding of object-oriented programming principles (experience with languages like JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participating in an intensive rotational training program, working alongside various engineering squads to gain broad exposure to our codebase and products.
- Taking ownership of our production support, acting as the first line of defense to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for our global platform.
- Collaborating with senior engineers to understand complex technical challenges and contribute to their resolution.
- Contributing to tech operations and process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Proving your technical and problem-solving skills with the goal of graduating into a bigger software engineer role in 12-18 months.
About the Interview Process: The interview process will have an open challenge (with a deadline), an in-office group hackathon and, a final interview round with our director(s)
