Experience:

  • Two years experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of different types of Drilling Rigs or construction of different types of Tube wells or Ground Water Development and Management.

Scientist ‘B’ (Electronics /Instrumentation):

Selection Process for UPSC Jobs:

  • Candidates will be short-listed for interviews based on the information they provided in their online applications.
  • Documents submitted in support of the claim made in the online application will be examined only if the candidate is prima facie eligible to be shortlisted based on information regarding qualifications and experience claimed in the online application, various reports as per the advertisement and modalities and criteria adopted for shortlisting.

Selection Process for UPSC Jobs:

  • Candidates will be short-listed for interviews based on the information they provided in their online applications.

  • A qualification recognized for enrolment in the Register of Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Specialist Grade III (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery):

  • A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the First Schedule, Second Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
  • Post-graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality of Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI of CHS Rule from a recognized teaching institute i.e., Magister Chirurguie (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery); or Magister Chirurguie (Thoracic Surgery); or Magister Chirurguie (Cardiac Surgery); or Magister Chirurguie (Vascular Surgery); or Diplomate National Board (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery/ Thoracic Surgery/ Cardiac Surgery/ Vascular Surgery ).
  • Experience: Three years experience in the concerned speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.

Specialist Grade III (Endocrinology):

  • A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956).   • B.Com degree of a recognized University.
  • Experience: Three years experience in Finance, Budget, Accounts and Audit from Government or Industrial Organisation.
  • Desirable: Passed final Examination from Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWA) or Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or Master of Business Administration (Finance) from recognised University or Institute.

Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil):

  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent*. *AMIE (Section A &B) of the Institute of Engineers (India) (Civil).
  • Experience: Two years experience in a supervisory capacity in the design, maintenance and construction of structural and reinforced concrete works.
  • Desirable: Experience in General Administration, Maintenance and Operation of Lighthouses and other aids of Marine Navigation

Specialist Grade III (Medical Gastroenterology):

  • A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Specialist Grade III(Psychiatry):

  • A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).   • Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or five years experience after obtaining the Post Graduate Diploma.

Age Limit for UPSC Jobs: 

  • Assistant Director (Cost): 35 years for URs/EWSs, 38 years for OBCs, 40 years for SCs/STs and 45 years for PwBDs
  • Specialist Grade III (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery): 40 years for URs, 43 years for OBCs and 45 years for SCs.

Age Relaxation:

  • The age limit shown against all items is the normal age limit, and the age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 5 years and up to 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them.
  • SC/ST/OBC candidates must produce a caste certificate in the prescribed proforma.
  • Age relaxation of 10 years (This implies that SC/ST category candidates would get a maximum of 15 years of age relaxation, including five years for their respective categories.
  • Similarly, OBC candidates would get a maximum of up to 13 years, including three years of age relaxation meant for the OBC category)
  • The upper age limit is relaxable for the Central/U.T. Government.
