Detailed Eligibility – UIIC Job Vacancy:
Educational Qualification :
Administrative Officer (Generalist (Scale I):
- Degree with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST Category) from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Working knowledge of Computers is a must.
Duration: Selected candidates, if certified to be medically fit, may be appointed as ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (SCALE-I) on probation for one year, which may be extended at the discretion of the Company.
Age limit (As on 31 December 2023)
- The age limit is 21 to 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (if eligible for reservation) 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen /Disabled Ex-servicemen – Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 years subject to a maximum 45 years

Salary details of UIIC Career:
- Basic pay in the scale of Rs. 50925 – 96765/- and other admissible allowances as applicable. Besides emoluments, other benefits like Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) and National Pension System (NPS), leased accommodation would be extended as per rules of the Company. Gross pay will be Rs.88,000/- p.m. (approx.) at Metropolitan centers.

Selection Procedure for United India Insurance Company Recruitment:
- All candidates will have to appear for the Online examination, thereafter, candidates who qualify will be called for a Regional Language Test for UIIC Job Vacancy.
- Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for an ONLINE examination and Regional Language test.
- Candidates qualifying in the Examination will be further shortlisted for Regional Language test before final selection.
