Detailed Eligibility for TNPDCL Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Company Secretary (ACS/FCS):
- Degree from a recognized university, qualified as a Company Secretary, and have a valid membership from ICSI.
- Experience: The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3 (three) years as a designated Company Secretary preferably in a Listed company and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and SEBI, Stock Exchange, etc
Intermediate passed (CS):
- Degree from a recognized university, Intermediate (Executive level) qualified from ICSI
- Experience: Nil
Contract Period: One year extendable by 2 years
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2025):
- Company Secretary: Minimum 30 years
- Intermediate passed (CS): Minimum 22 years
Salary Details:
- Company Secretary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month
- Intermediate passed (CS): Rs. 20,000/- per month
