TN PWD Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Graduate Apprentice/Technician Apprentice in various disciplines. There are totally about 500 vacancies available for above mentioned posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/Diploma are eligible to apply for the job. Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification :
Graduate Apprentices:
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Note:
- Graduate/Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during 2020, 2021 & 2022) are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit : Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.
Stipend :
- Graduate Apprentices: Rs 9,000/-
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Rs 8,000/-

Selection Process of TN PWD Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process is based on the merit.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id.
- Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at PWD, Chennai.

The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job through online mode. Candidates have to enroll themselves in NATS Portal latest by 06 March 2023 & apply under the establishment of ” Public Works Department Tamil Nadu “ on or before 31 March 2023.
