Educational Qualification:



Public Relations Officer:

  • Full-time MBA / PGDM / Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Management from institutions recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
  • Minimum marks โ€“ 60% in MBA / PGDM PG Courses completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.
  • Desirable: Additional Certification in PR / Corporate Communication / Journalism would be preferred Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools on a digital platform is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a PR Agency / Service Industry. Out of these 5 years, at least 3 years must be in PR.

Chief Manager (Credit):

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Preferred: CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in MSME credit / Corporate Credit as an executive in a Supervisory / Management role / Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President in a Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial bank.
  • Experience in High-Value Credit, Appraisal / Assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates.

Assistant General Manager (Credit):

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Preferred: CA/CFA/CMA/ ICWA.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience in MSME credit / Corporate Credit as an executive in a Supervisory / Management role / Chief Manager / Assistant Vice President / Deputy Vice President in a Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial bank.
  • Experience in High-Value Credit, Appraisal / Assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates.

Assistant General Manager (Jewel Loan):

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Preferred: MBA /Post graduate diploma or degree in Management or its equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in handling Gold loans in any commercial bank / NBFC.

Age Limit ( As on 31 December 2022 ):



  • Public Relations Officer: Not more than 40 years
  • Chief Manager (Credit): Not above 45 years
  • Assistant General Manager (Credit): Not above 48 years
  • Assistant General Manager (Jewel Loan): Not above 48 years.

Selection Process of TMB Recruitment 2023 :

  • The selection process includes Interview.
  • They will be called for personal interview through Direct / Video Conferencing.
