- NightWathcman: able to read and write in tamil
Note: Female members are not eligible for night duty. Hence Male candidates alone are eligible for the post of Night Watchman.

- SC/SC(Arunthathiyars), ST & Destitute Widows of all castes: between 18 to 35 years
