Eligibility:
- Should be a final year student (2026 graduating batch) of Diploma in Engineering in the following specified discipline: Automobile /Electrical/ Industrial Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics /Paint Technology
- Candidates who are graduating for a Diploma in Engineering in 2026 from Government Polytechnic Colleges
- Minimum 60% marks in SSC & above. NO ATKT / Backlog in any semester.

- First Year – as a Technician Apprentice
- Second Year – Permanent employee as a Shop Floor Operating Engineer/ Engineer- Sales / Engineer- Customer Care

- B.Tech from BITS Pilani – Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) or equivalent Institute of Eminence.
Note:
- Only Selected candidates will be called for a written test. Merit list based on % of marks (top-down) and eligible candidate will only be invited for the written test.
- Services of the selected candidates will be subjected to transfer to any of the locations, subsidiaries and joint ventures of the Company
- All selected candidates will undergo Background Verification and Medical check-up as per company’s standard, before their appointment
- Candidates who are found ineligible as per the laid down criteria at any stage of selection process will be immediately disqualified from further selection process.
