TANSCST Recruitment 2021 – Tamil Nadu State Council For Science And Technology has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Scientific Officer/Systems Analyst/Typist/Jr Assistant/Driver/Others. There are 14 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply on or before 07 January 2021. The educational qualification of the candidates must be Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree/MCA/M.Tech/8th. The detailed eligibility and selection process are given below in detail.
About TANSCST: Tamil Nadu State Council For Science And Technology has aims to maintain liaison between Government of India and the State Government and to initiate, direct and co-ordinate research activities of Government Departments, Universities and other professional Bodies with a view to aid development of Scientific Research in the State. To identify areas for the applications of Science and Technology to the development needs, objectives and goals of Tamil Nadu, and in particular, to the prevailing conditions of backwardness, rural, unemployment and poverty.

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Scientific Officer:
- A master’s degree in the field of specialization of any UGC recognized university with consistently good academic record, preferably First Class at Master’s degree level.
- One year of relevant field experience or research experience or teaching experience.
Systems Analyst:
- MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science of any UGC recognized university with consistently good academic record, preferably First Class at Master’s degree level.
- One year of relevant field experience or research experience or teaching experience.
Typist:
- Minimum general educational qualification with Typewriting English Higher Grade plus Typewriting Tamil Lower Grade (or) Typewriting English Lower Grade plus Typewriting Tamil Higher Grade.
Junior Assistant:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from any Indian University.
Driver:
- Studied up to VIII standard in a recognized school. Must possess a valid license for driving a light transport vehicle issued by the competent authority with an elementary knowledge of auto mechanism.
- Must possess practical experience in driving for a period of not less than three years.
Office Assistant-cum Driver:
- Studied up to VIII Standard in recognized School. Should be able to ride a bi-cycle in the case of posts of Office Assistant & Messenger.

Office Assistants:

TANSCST Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on written test/interview.
