Educational Qualification:

  • Qualification: UG/PG(in any discipline)
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of Technical support International voice experience are only eligible to apply.
  • Candidates from a Non-BPO with Technical Support Experience with good communication skills are eligible to apply.
  • Flexible to work in any shift timings(24/7 work window)
  • Strong typing Skills: 25words per minute with 90%accuracy

Technical skills:

  • Understanding of computer hardware technologies, to support or troubleshoot various technologies
  • Knowledge of memory, storage, motherboard etc.
  • Knowledge on HDD, SSD, BIOS, DRAM, RAM, ROM, Microprocessor.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Preferred Knowledge in one or more of computer hardware technologies

Key skills required:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good decision-making skills & attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented approach with good knowledge of internet technology
