Key Requirements:
- Bachelors in any stream or equivalent program.
- 1-3 years of business and workflow operation experience in technology organization
- Minimum experience of 1+ years in workflow tool Support or business functional analyst.
- Basic Understanding of process and functional knowledge
- Experience of handling process support and change Management.
- Basic understanding of Software development life cycle.
- Understanding of ticketing tools have a queue and assign prioritization.
- Basic knowledge of Business Analyst work like requirement gathering and Stakeholder management etc.
- Good Communication skills and Experience of interacting with clients of different Nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on in executing instructions based of SOPs to deliver the requested changes as per business.
- Act as an BA and co-ordinate between the Business and the Developers to resolve problems and implement best practices.
- Acts as point of contact for specific technical domain having multiple tools.
- Prioritize request backlog and assign daily requests to developers for meeting key SLAs and performing follow ups to ensure request are delivered timely.
- Follows up on outstanding Change tickets and provides timely status reports to the manager.
