Project Manager (Freshers):

Desired candidate

A graduate of any degree.
Must have good English communication skills.
Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office applications)
Must be capable of handling projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Distributes manpower in accordance with current requirements and monitors individual and team performance closely.
Presides and/or mediates meetings and discussions whenever issues, concerns, updates and recommendations are brought up.
Makes decisions in a timely manner and according to approved level of authority.
Conducts regular meeting with project team to inform them of matters and to discuss the sections activities and other problems and finds solutions to them.
Handles initial analysis with the help of Production logistics of projects. (incl. Table of contents,Chapter details, etc.)
Prepares project schedule for clients.
Monitors and reports project status and performance.
Assists the Executive Project Management and Senior Executive Project Management regarding their work.
Coordinates with concerned groups regarding processes, instructions, manpower allocation, technical requirements/solutions.
Prepares written account of project/process particulars.
Speaks of ideas clearly and articulately in all presentation and situation may it be for internal or external clients; ensures that the point or idea is well expressed and understood.
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsors.
Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget.
