Education and Experience:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/M.Sc/MCA or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Preferences:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/M.Sc/MCA.
Preferably computer science background
Preferably automation background.
Preferably from a networking/security company working on network security technologies.

Requirements:

0-2 years of QA experience working with networking products and automation framework or CLI/API automation using open source tools.
Fundamentals of SDLC and STLC process
Fundamentals of OOAD concepts.
Good aptitude for testing, exploration, troubleshooting, problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritisation.
Must be a good team player; excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening skill.

Responsibilities:

Learn Network Security technologies, product lines, testing opportunities, test workflow and existing test infrastructure.
Prepare test plans; write and execute test cases; find, file and follow through defects through STLC.
Implement test automation (in functional and system testing), periodically run it and see that automated testing results and bugs go through complete STLC.
Work on areas of productivity improvement and achieve results through automation • Constantly learn and champion new testing tools, technologies and techniques.

Test Associate Senior Engineer – Basic Python and Networking:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience with Python, Software Testing and Networking knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality..
Develop, maintain and execute automation test scripts using Python. – Design, implement and manage automated test frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Continuously improve and refactor existing automation scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Validate and verify networking components, configurations, and protocols as part of the overall software testing process.
Troubleshoot and analyze network issues encountered during testing.
Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless integration and performance of networking features.
Work closely with developers to understand application functionality, identify test requirements and resolve defects.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
Provide timely and constructive feedback to the development team on software defects and improvements.
