Shivaji University has declared the UG & PG examination result on the university officials. For undergraduate and postgraduate courses, Candidates are allowed to take semester examination twice in the year viz odd semester in November-December and even semester in April-May. - The candidates can apply for re-totaling with a prescribed form that is available in the concerned college.
- The application form needs to submit with a prescribed fee to the university within 15 days of the result declaration.

Candidates who are getting lag in achieving first-class or higher class and second class distinction can get the grace mark from the board. For that following conditions will be applicable:-
- Candidates should get passing marks in all subjects.
- Grace mark is not more than 1% of total aggregate marks ie 10 marks.
- Students can get a grace mark for theory and practical subjects in internal and external examinations.
