Educational Qualification:

Additional General Manager (IT):

  • BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science / IT with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University and
  • SAP Certifications shall be preferably in HCM/ ISU/ PS/ MM/ FI/ ABAP /BOBI and the certification shall be at least one year or more older to the date of this
  • Candidates should possess minimum 16 years of postqualification experience

Additional General Manager (F&A):

  • CA/ CMA (or)
  • Graduate in Commerce with two years Masters in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University.
  • Candidates should possess minimum total 16 years of post-qualification experience

Dy General Manager (F&A):

  • CA/ CMA (or)
  • Graduate in Commerce with two years Masters in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University
  • Candidates should possess minimum 13 years of postqualification in-line experience

Dy General Manager (HR & Admin):

  • Degree in any Discipline and
  • Two years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM /Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University
  • Master / Graduate Degree in Law is desirable

Dy General Manager (Project Monitoring):

  • B.E/ B. Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized University/ Institutes.
  • Two years full time MBA/PGDM (Marketing or Finance or combination of both/ Power Management/Strategic Management/ Corporate Strategy) is desirable.
  • Candidate should possess minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience

Dy General Manager (PMC โ€” Civil):

  • B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from
    recognized University/ Institute
  • Candidates should possess minimum 13 years of postqualification in-line experience

Dy Manager (HR & Admin):

  • Degree in any Discipline and

  • Candidate should possess a minimum 4 years of post qualification inline experience

Dy Manager (Corporate Monitoring):

  • B.E/ B. Tech/ B.SC (Engg) in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized
    University/ Institutes

  • BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Masters in Computer Application with 60% marks from recognized Institute/University and

Selection Process of Solar Energy Corporation of India SECI Recruitment:

  • The selection process includes Written Test/GD/Interview
  • Only shortlisted candidates who are found apparently eligible based on the notified specifications and the candidature given in their application form will be called for Written Test / GD / Interview, as the case may be. SECI reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards.
  • Depending upon the number of applications, SECI reserves the right to suitably revise upward the eligibility criteria or limit the number of applications to be called for a particular post based on marks obtained in Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Diploma / numbers of years of experience in relevant area/ relevant additional qualification etc.
  • In case of receipt of large number of applications for any particular post, Management reserves the right to conduct screening test/written test/trade test/skill test etc

  • Rs. 1000/- for other posts
  • SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
