SECI Recruitment 2022 – Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd has released the job notifications for the post of Young Professional on a contract basis for 15 vacancies. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/CA/CMA/M.Tech/MBA/LLB. The selection is based on the interview. Educational Qualification:

YP (Hydrogen Energy):

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience

YP (Charging Station):



  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience

YP (Battery Energy Storage):

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Rooftop Solar):

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/ Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Business Development):

  • BE/ B. Tech/ M.Tech and 02 years MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/ International Business/ Power Management. 2 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Finance):

  • CA/ CMA/ 2 years MBA with Specialization in Finance. 1 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience

YP (Legal):

  • Graduate with 3 years LL.B or 5 years LLB integrated recognized by the Bar Council of India. Qualified to be registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council in India in terms of the Advocates Act, 1961.

YP (Information Technology):

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology Engineering or MCA with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Project Financing):

  • 2 years MBA with Specialization in Finance with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/ Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Renewable Energy):

  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Renewable Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

YP (Merchant Trading):

  • Degree in Electrical/ Power/ Power System with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on point scale from recognized University/Institute. 3 years of post-qualification work experience.

SECI Recruitment Selection Process:

  • The selection of Young Professional shall be as follows: The selection of Young Professionals will be as per approval of Board of SECI for engagement of consultants. The requirement of SECI will be advertised on its website as well as in at least one national newspaper in Hindi & English. All applications received in response to the advertisement will be scrutinized and shortlisted by approved Committee constituted for this purpose. The shortlisted candidates shall appear for Interview before a Committee constituted for this purpose.
