Operations & Analytics Intern โ Elevate Internship Program:
Eligibility:
- Qualification โ B.E/B.Tech or B.E/B.Tech+MBA only
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce,ย Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards) ยซStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High ownership and attention to detail
Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations
- Support day-to-day Academy operations and cross-functional coordination.
- Own operational trackers and ensure timely execution of BAU activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Performance & Analytics:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain dashboards for productivity, hiring, on-boarding, training, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and business insights.
- Support report automation using Excel and Google Sheets.
Process Excellence:
- Document SOPs and standardise operational processes.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
HR & Hiring Operations:
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Track hiring pipeline, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Support HR operations related to the Academy program.
