Detailed Eligibility:
ENG Project/Program – Intern:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- B.E in Computer Science (Should be in last year)
- Previous coursework or intern experience in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development.
- Basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and release management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest or experience in applying Agile development methodologies in a 24×7 operational environment is desirable.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
- Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of processes.
- Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation.
Internship Duration – 5 Months
About the jobs: You will be playing a critical part in our software development process by collaborating with stakeholders and understanding the components of delivering large features/ initiatives and their associated technical complexities. This role will provide you the opportunity to learn how to navigate complex situations while evaluating risks and aligning with business priorities.
