RRB NTPC Under Graduate Level Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board has announced notification for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Undergraduate Posts – Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk/Accounts Clerk Cum Typist/Junior Clerk Cum Typist/Trains Clerk posts. There are about 3,058 vacancies available for the RRB Vacancy. Candidates with 12th pass qualifications can apply for RRB NTPC Careers. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on or before 27 November 04 December 2025. The detailed eligibility and selection process for RRB NTPC jobs are explained below. Commercial cum Ticket Clerk/Trains Clerk:
- 12 (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
- 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and candidates Who possess qualifications higher than 12 (+2 Stage).
Accounts Clerk cum Typist/Junior Clerk cum Typist:
- 12 (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.

Selection Process of RRB NTPC Under Graduate Level Careers:
- The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination.
- Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of above-mentioned recruitment stages.
1st Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT):

- The examination duration will be 120 Minutes for candidates who are eligible for use of a scribe.
- There will be negative marking and 1/3 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The 1st Stage CBT is of screening nature and the standard of questions for the CBT will be generally in conformity with the educational standards prescribed for the posts.
- The normalized score of 1st Stage CBT shall be used for short listing of candidates for 2nd Stage CBT as per their merit.
2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Shortlisting of Candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them in 1st Stage CBT.

Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST):
- For the posts of Junior Clerk cum Typist & Accounts Clerk cum Typist. Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) of qualifying nature (marks obtained in typing skill test shall not be added for making merit) shall be conducted for which the number of candidates equal to eight times the number of vacancies for each of the communities shall be called for.
- The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
- For guidelines of those who appear for typing skill test in Hindi, Kruti Dev and Mangal font shall be made available for typing skill test on Personal Computer.
- The merit will be drawn only for the candidates qualified in the CBTST or CBTST exempted PwBD candidates based on performance in 2nd Stage CBT.
Document Verification (DV):
- Based on the performance of candidates in the examination, candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for Document Verification (1:1)
- During document verification, candidates will have to produce their original certificates.

Note: The date, time and venue for all the activities viz. CBTs, CBTST, Document Verification, Medical Examination or any other additional activity as applicable shall be fixed by the RRBs and shall be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
Application Fees:
- For all candidates: Rs. 500/- (Out of this fee of Rs.500/- an amount of Rs, 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the 1st stage CBT
- SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minorities/EBC: Rs. 250/- This fee will be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the 1st stage CBT
