Educational Qualification:
Project Fellow:
- M.Sc. Botany/Mycology/ Plant Biotechnology.
- M.Sc. Botany/Biodiversity Conservation/Forestry/Plant Biotechnology /Horticulture.
- M.Sc. Botany/Biodiversity Conservation/Forestry/Plant Biotechnology.
- M.Sc. Botany/Horticulture/Forestry/Plant Biotechnology.
- M.Sc. Biotechnology/Botany/Environment Science/Biodiversity Conservation/Biochemistry/Life Science.
- M.Sc. (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences ). Or
- M.Pharm ( Cology, Chemistry, Cognosy, Biotechnology), Or
- M.Tech.(Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology) with good academics.
- Desirable: Research experience in the relevant subject/topic.
Field-cum-Lab Assistant:
- B.Sc./+3 Sc with Botany as one of the subjects.
- B.Sc. Botany/Life Science.
Lab Assistant:
- B.Sc./+3 Sc. with Biology (Botany) as the subject.
- B.Sc./+3 Sc. with Botany /Life Science.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to Project Fellow having Pre Ph. D Completed / Research Experience in a related field.
Project Associate:
- M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology.
- Desirable: Experience in microbiological techniques, chromatographic & biochemical tech., Pre-Ph.D. Qualified.
Salary:
- Project Fellow: Rs 17,000/-
- Field-cum-Lab Assistant: Rs 6,000/-
- Lab Assistant: Rs 6,000/-
- Project Associate: Rs 25,000/-

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes Interviews.

Note:
- The Research fellows are expected to undertake extensive field works in the forest areas, and coastal areas of the state and therefore, are required to be physically fit.
- The initial engagement will be until the end of the grant i.e. up to 31st March 2024 which may further extend if the project requires and subject to satisfactory performance.
- The engagement is purely on a temporary basis and will be terminated on completion of the project.
