- The post holder will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide support to the end-users.

- Maintain SLA for Incident and coordination with concern team for support and resolutions.
- Providing Level 1 Support for Printer & Email Problems
- Configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System
- Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets
