RDPR Karnataka Recruitment 2020 – Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department (RDPR), Karnataka has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of JJM Consultant, District Project Manager, District IEC Consultant, District SLWM Consultant and Others. Educational Qualification:
For JJM Consultant:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 75% marks and MBA with at least 75% Marks, a minimum 5 years experience in construction management, planning, designing and project implementation. Regular MBA from a recognized institutions only.
For SLWM Consultant:
- Graduate in Environmental Engineering/ Civil Engineering with Specialization in Environmental Sciences from a recognized university only. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field and should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation, and rural development.
For District Project Manager:
- The candidate is required to possess a Post Graduate degree in Management / Social Science / Social Work / relevant professional degree from a recognized university only.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in project management / leading a team of experts in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation, and rural development sectors.
For District MIS Consultant:
- M.C.A./Statistics, M.Sc Computer Science/ BE Computer Science from a recognized university only. 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management, data research preferably in the developmental sectors.
For District IEC Consultant:
- Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Journalism from a recognized university only. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field and should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation and rural development.
For District Sanitation & Hygiene promotion Consultant (SH):
- Graduate degree in Engineering/ Social Science/ Public health / Rural Management or other relevant fields from a recognized university only. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field and candidate should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation, health and rural development.
For District SLWM Consultant:
- Graduate in Environmental Engineering/ Civil Engineering with Specialization in Environmental Sciences from a recognized university only. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field and should have worked in development sectors preferably in water, sanitation, and rural development.
For District MIS/M&E Consultant:

- The shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview over telephone/e-mail/ any other suitable
means. - The interview for shortlisted applicants will be held at respective Districts office or Head office or
through Video Conference as per the scheduled date and time. Written exam may be conducted for
selected posts after the interview. - Date and time of the written exam for such candidates will be intimated subsequently.
