Detailed Eligibility – RCFL Career:
Educational Qualification:
Officer (Medical):
- MBBS with completion of Internship and registration with Medical Council of India / Maharashtra Medical Council/other State Medical Council.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have passed
- Certificate Course in Industrial Health of Three months or Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) recognized by State Government or Directorate General, Factory Advice Service & Labour Institute (DGFASLI) or have passed 2 year recognized Diploma in Anesthesiology. Must have functional knowledge of computer
Post Qualification inline Experience:
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in a hospital/ Industrial Hospital/ Corporate Hospital/ Clinics.
- Self – Certification of experience by practicing Doctors shall also be considered.
Engineer (Environmental):
- Regular full time B.E /B.Tech./ B.Sc Engg. (Environmental Engg.) from university recognized by UGC/ Government institution / AICTE approved.
- The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final year of Engineering Graduation. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded in a degree, the candidate will have to indicate the equivalent percentage of marks in the application. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet /
Degree certificate, letter from college/University specifying the specialization will be required. OR - Regular full time B.E /B. Tech. preferably in Chemical discipline. AND
- 2 years Regular full time Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering from University recognized by UGC / Government institution /AICTE approved
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in the field of Environmental Management after acquiring above qualification.
- Preferably in process industry and having in depth knowledge in latest environmental norms, rules, regulations and standards of national and international levels.
- Preference will also be given to those who have done any distinguished work in Environmental Management.
- The period of training including apprentice training will not be counted in the requisite experience period.
Age Limit (As on 01 December 2023 ):
- Officer (Medical): 34 years for UR category, For OBC Category – 37 years.
- Engineer (Environmental): 30 years for Unreserved category. Additional Concession for Candidates of Children/ family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 Years.
Age Relaxation:
- Reservation of Posts for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS categories candidates and relaxation thereof categories will be as per DPE guidelines.
Salary:
- Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-. The minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 81,900/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay + VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places). Non Practicing Allowance @ 20% of Basic Pay for Officer (Medical)

Selection Process of RCFL Jobs:
- The selection process will be based on Personal Interview.

Selection Process of RCFL Career:
- The selection process will be based on the Online Test and Personal Interview.
Online Test
- The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related. The duration of test will be ninety (90) minutes.
- The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 50 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness of one mark each.
- There will be negative marking for wrong answer.
- Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.
- The exact date of online test shall be communicated to the candidates through admit card to be downloaded from RCF Ltd website
- Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS
Personal Interview
- Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7
- Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on RCF Ltd website and such candidates will also be intimated for the same through SMS on their mobile number and/or through email.
- Merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared on the basis of performance in the online test as well as personal interview.

- Online Test – 80%
- Personal Interview – 20%
- Candidates are required to qualify again in the Personal Interview separately with minimum average of 50% marks in interview
