Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred; familiarity with APIs, SQL, or Bash scripting is a plus).
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals — debugging, version control, testing.

Strong communication skills with the maturity to engage with enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

Gain deep expertise in the Quartic.ai platform and its architecture.
Troubleshoot complex software issues by analyzing logs, APIs, and scripts to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Write scripts and small utilities to replicate, debug, and solve customer problems.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues and propose long-term solutions.
Work directly with customers, providing professional guidance and ensuring technical problems are solved effectively.
Document technical findings, solutions, and reusable scripts to strengthen internal knowledge sharing.
Proactively suggest product or process improvements based on recurring patterns from customer cases.
