Detailed Eligibility:

Software Engineer I:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, completion of a coding bootcamp, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of professional software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant hands-on work.
Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot, with hands-on experience building backend microservices.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as CircleCI (or equivalent).
Basic understanding of AWS and familiarity with deployment processes.
Working knowledge of React, Typescript for frontend support is a plus.
Foundational understanding of Progress DB and RDBMS concepts, including basic querying .
Familiarity with microservice architecture patterns, REST APIs, and basic system design concepts.
Familiarity with modern backend development tools and source control systems such as Git.
Understanding of core application development principles, including unit testing, debugging, and basic algorithmic complexity.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks and effectively apply feedback to improve performance.
Strong communication skills, a collaborative team mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
