Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Consultant:
- MVSC in Veterinary Science with specialization in pharmacology or toxicology or M.Sc in Pharmacology/Toxicology from a recognized university or MBBS and MD specialising in pharmacology.
- PhD in a related area (Pharmacology or Toxicology) in case of non-medical candidate.
- Five years of working experience in a lab/hospital/institution in a related field of pharmacology or toxicology.
- The work experience requirement may be relaxed in exceptional cases for deserving candidates.
- Retired Government employees with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- (pre-revised) or Level 11 or above in the Pay Matrix having experience of 5 years & above in the above field would also be eligible for the position.
Senior Technical Officer:
- M.Sc in Toxicology/Pharmacology/Medical Technology/Bio Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Zoology with specialization in Animal Physiology from a recognized Institute or University.
- Two years of working experience in a related field of Pharmacology or Toxicology.
Technical Officers:
- MVSC in Veterinary Science/Specialization M.Sc in Pharmacology/Toxicology/Technology specialising in Pharmacology/Toxicology/Biotechnology from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable: Two years of working experience in a related field of Pharmacology or Toxicology.
Duration: The consultant will be engaged initially for 01 years from the appointment date.
Age Limit:
- Consultant: 65 Years
- Senior Technical Officers/Technical Officers: 45 Years
Post Wise Vacancies: 04 Posts

- Technical Officer: 02 Posts
Salary:
- Consultant: Rs.80,000/-
- Senior Technical Officer: Rs.53,000/-
- Technical Officer: Rs.37,000/-
