PFC Recruitment 2021 – Power Finance Corporation Ltd has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Officer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Deputy Officer, Manager and Deputy Manager. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Officer (Infrastructure Management):

  • Post Graduate Degree M.Sc (IT) / Post Graduate Diploma in IT field, having minimum 55% marks OR Post Graduate Degree M.Com / M.Sc having minimum 55% marks AND Certification/ Diploma / Specialized course in IT field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on working experience as Non-Executive/ Supervisory level

Assistant Officer (Application Development):

  • Post Graduate Degree M.Sc (IT) / Post Graduate Diploma in IT field, having minimum 55% marks OR Post Graduate Degree M.Com / M.Sc having minimum 55% marks AND Certification/ Diploma / Specialized course in IT field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on working experience as Non-Executive/ Supervisory level

Assistant Manager(IT Security):

  • B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT OR MCA/PGDCA(3 Years) Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & post-graduation level, as applicable.
  • Minimum one year post qualification full time hands-on working experience in Executive level

Deputy Manager (Disaster Recovery):

  • MBA/M.E./M.Tech. in (CS/ IT/ E&C/ Electronics). Minimum four years post qualification full time hands-on working experience in Executive level

Deputy Officer(Legal):

  • Graduation in any discipline with LLB (3 years) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. OR 5-year Integrated Law Course with minimum 55% marks.
  • Minimum Two years’ experience of working level with Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution, State, Central Govt., Judicial, Quasi-Judicial bodies, Tribunals, Commissions, any other entity, autonomous bodies etc.

Deputy Officer(HR):

  • Any Graduate with minimum Two years diploma in personnel management/HR from any recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum Four years’ experience at supervisory/Non-executive level in HR Department of any PSU/Bank/Reputed
    Company in various aspects of Human Resource / Personnel management in  the area of Employee relations etc..

Manager :

  • CA/CMA and graduation in any stream. OR B.Com. or B.Tech. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation &
    Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) &
  • 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance. Minimum 7 years of post-qualification work experience in Banks/ FIs in Corporate Credit, Risk Management, Understanding of Market Risk etc..

Manager (Rajbhasha):

  • Post-Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level or vice versa; or Post-Graduation with Hindi Medium in any subject and English as a subject at graduation level or vice-versa. AND
  • Degree or Diploma in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or 3- month Translation Course conducted by Central Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs.
  • Minimum Seven years of post qualification experience in a Central/ State Govt Department/ PSU relating to
    Implementation of Official Language Policy of the Union of India.

Dy. Manager (PR) :

  • Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma of two years duration in PR/ Mass Communication/ Journalism. OR PG Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism/ Advertising & PR/ English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of I&B.

Minimum four year post qualification experience in PR / Corporate Communications role, preferably in a public sector undertaking.
