Educational Qualification:
Group A, B & C Posts:
- A candidate must have possessed a Degree in Engineering in Civil for the post of AEE (Civil), a Degree in Engineering in Mechanical for the post of AEE (Mechanical), a Degree in Engineering in Electrical for the post of AEE (Electrical) or an equivalent qualification from any University or Institution recognized by the Government or he/she must be an Associated Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
- A candidate must have possessed a Diploma in Engineering in Civil for the post of JE (Civil), a Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical for the post of JE(Mechanical), a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical for the post of JE(Electrical) or an equivalent qualification from any University or Institution recognized by the Government or he/she must be an Associated Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
- A candidate must have possessed a graduation in Arts/Science/ Commerce or such other qualification as is equivalent to +3 examinations from any University or Institution recognized by the Government.
Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ): 21 – 38 years
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for candidates belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.), Socially & Educationally Backward Class (S.E.B.C.), Women Ex-servicemen.
- By 10 years for the Persons With Disabilities category, whose permanent disability is 40% and more.
- As per the G.A Department notification Persons with Disabilities shall be entitled to cumulative age relaxation of 10 years over and above the normal age relaxation.

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Written Test/Viva Voce.
- The OLIO management after receipt of the applications shall take steps to select the candidates on the basis of marks secured in written test and viva-voce.
- The management, after verification of original certificates, documents, and final marks, shall select the name of suitable candidates in order of merit, as per availability of vacancies in different categories, and recommend for appointment to the various posts.
Application Fees:
- The candidates applying under the UR category have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500/- (services charges extra).
- Candidates belonging to the reserved category are to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 300/- (services charges extra) through the online payment mode available on the application website.
