It is engaged in testing, marketing, development, research, production, logistics of a comprehensive product range in the areas of sea, land and air systems. It has 49 factories, 9 training institute, 3 regional marketing centre.

- Candidates should have successfully completed Graduation in respective stream from a Government recognized university in the above mentioned Disciplines /Subject fields only.
Age Limit :
- Minimum Age : 14 years
- Maximum Age: No limit (As per Apprenticeship Act )
Stipend : Rs 9,000/-

- The selection process is based on the merit of candidates’s Academics.
- Shortlisted candidates will call for document verification.
- After document verification, candidates will undergo police verification & after that Medical examinations.

- The envelope of post should be superscribed as “Graduate Apprentice (General Stream- For B.A./B.Com./B.Sc.)”
- Fresh pass out students are eligible for Graduate apprenticeship training only up-to 02 years after passing their Graduation. i.e. gap between the date of passing & date of joining should not be more than two years.
- And, date of joining will be considered the date of successful contract registration by BOAT, Mumbai.
- Period of Training : One Year from the date of joining.
