Apprentice – Electrical Engineer:
- Post Graduation (master’s degree) in Instrumentation Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree, OR
- Graduation (bachelor’s degree) in Instrumentation Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in Siemens control system development: Support programming and configuration of S7-1500/S7-300 controllers using TIA Portal and WinCC.
- Support Ignition SCADA implementation: Help configure real-time monitoring dashboards, alarms, and trend analysis tools.
- Learn safety-critical systems: Gain exposure to SIL-rated PLCs and international standards (IEC 61508/61511).
- Hands-on with motion control: aAssist in basic programming of servo drives and hydraulic systems under supervision.
- Project execution exposure: Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities alongside senior engineers.
- Simulation and testing: Learn to use MATLAB/Simulink for proof-of-concept testing and optimization.
- Documentation support: Help prepare engineering documents such as Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and safety matrices.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with automation teams to understand IIoT and cloud-based solutions.
- Hardware/software trials: Assist in qualification tests for Rockwell-based equipment and support field trials.
- Drawing reviews: Learn to interpret block diagrams and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices.
- Compliance: Adhere to organizational HR, HSE, and quality policies.
