Trainee – Lease Abstraction (Freshers):

Under Graduates: Arts, Science & Commerce (B.Com/BA/BCA/B.Sc/BBM/BBA) – 2023 Passed outs only.
Very good written English communication,
Analytical and logical skills
Attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities:

Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
Desk Top Audit / Expense Reconciliation / Recovery Analysis for CAM, Taxes & amp Insurance and present the Audit Findings to the Management Team.

Salary: Rs. 2.15 Lakhs per Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity) (Take Home : Rs. 14,000 /Month)

Shift: General Shift (09 AM to 06 PM)
