NTRO Recruitment Detailed Eligibility:

Technical Assistant (Electronics):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Mathematics or Physics as one of the subjects from a
    recognised University; or
  • Three years Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication/ Electronics & Telecommunication from a recoginsed Institute; or
  • Diploma/Technical Proficiency Certificate in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/ Communication/ Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/Electronics & Telecommunication awarded by the-Armed Forces; and
  • Having working knowledge of computer.

Technical Assistant (Computer Science):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Mathematics or Physics as one of the subjects from a
    recognized University; or
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute; or
  • Three years Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Computer/ Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science & Information Technology/ Information Technology from a recoginsed Institute; or
  • Diploma/Technical Proficiency Certificate in Computer/ Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Computer Science & Information Technology/ Information Technology awarded by the Armed Forces; and
  • Having Working Knowledge of computer.

NTRO Recruitment 2019 Technical Asst Selection Process:

  • The assessment of the candidates will be made on the basis of performance in Tier-I and further in Tier-II, if required.
  • Tier-I: Computer Based Examination consisting of Objective/Multiple Choice Questions and the details of subjects, marks and number of questions, duration of examination are given below:-
  • Question Paper contains 100 Objective/Multiple Choice Questions for 400 Marks(4 marks each) with Two Hours duration.
  • Electronics: General Science Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning and Concerned Subject/Stream (i.e Electronics).
  • Computer Science: General Science Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning and Concerned Subject/Stream (i.e Computer Science).
  • There will be negative marking of 01 (one) mark for each wrong answer and 0 (zero) mark for the question not attempted.
