Detailed Eligibility – NSIL Job vacancy:
Educational Qualifications:
Consultant (Finance) (Accounts & Finance):
- Bachelor’s Degree (in First Class) with MBA (Finance)from a recognized Institute/ University [in First Class or Equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Post- Graduation] [with documentary proof for equivalent to MBA]
- Should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience
Young Consultant Ground Segment (Ground Segment, MSS &TT):
- BE / B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Elect. & Tele-comm. / Computer Science from Govt. recognized University.
- Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
Consultant (HR & ADMIN) (HR & Administration):
- Full Time Bachelor’s Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with Full Time PG Degree / MBA/ MSW/ MA [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ etc., from recognized Institutes / Universities.
- Should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience
Consultant (Purchase & Store) (Purchase & Store):
- Bachelor’s Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with MBA [In First Class or equivalent CGPA] in Operations/ Materials Management/International Business
- Should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience
Young Consultant (Electronics & Communication) (Satellite Building ):
- BE/B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Government recognized University.
- Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable).
Young Consultant (Mechanical) (Satellite Building):
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized University.
- Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable)
Consultant (SATCOM) (Satellite Based Services):
- BE / B Tech (Electronics & Comm)/MTech in Electronics/ communication or training programme on SATCOM Certificates credentials or licenses related to Satellite communication.
- Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience for BE/ B Tech or 2 yrs for MTech/ PG Diploma in SATCOM related field.
Consultant (EO) (Earth Observation):
- M. Tech/Post Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS or equivalent. Should have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant field
Consultant – Cyber Security (Information Technology):
- 1st class Full Time B.E./ B.Tech. from recognized University/Institute in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA. AND Specialization in Cyber Security at M. Tech or PhD level or certifications in anyone of CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)/ Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) / CISSP/ Comp TIA CySA + / GSEC/ OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)/ CISM
- Should have minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience
Consultant System and Application (Information Technology):
- 1st class Full Time B.E./B.Tech from recognized University/Institute in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Should have minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience
Period of Contract: The tenure of engagement would be initially for a period of one year with effect from the date of joining. Depending upon performance and Organizational requirements, the service can be extended for further one-year period subject to a maximum tenure of five years.

Age Relaxation:
- Maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC & ST category, 3 years for OBC-NCL category, 10 years for ‘PwBD from UR category’, 13 years for ‘PwBD from OBC-NCL category’ and 15 years for ‘PwBD from SC/ST category’, as applicable.
- Age relaxation by 5 years for Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/SSCOs) subject to rendering minimum 5 years Defense service and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India.

Selection Process for NSIL Careers:
- Selection will be conducted through WRITTEN TEST and/or INTERVIEW as per the schedule to be declared by NSIL
- Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the WRITTEN TEST and/or INTERVIEW in the order of merit

- Women / SC / ST / PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
- For Others: Rs. 500/-
Mode of Payment: The application fee is to be paid by the candidates through a Demand Draft in favour of NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) drawn at Bangalore.
