NPS Trust Recruitment 2023: National Pension System Trust has announced an online job notification for recruitment for Officer Grade A and B(Manager/Assistant Manager). NPS: The National Pension System is a voluntary defined contribution pension system in India. National Pension System, like PPF and EPF is an EEE instrument in India where the entire corpus escapes tax at maturity and entire pension withdrawal amount is tax-free. The contributory pension system was notified by the Government of India on 22 December 2003, now named the National Pension System (NPS) with effect from 1 January 2004. The NPS was subsequently extended to all citizens of the country with effect from 1 May 2009, including self-employed professionals and others in the unorganized sector on a voluntary basis.

Educational Qualification for NPST Recruitment:



Grade B โ€“ Manager:

Risk Management:

Qualification: MBA/M.Fin/CA in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.

Experience: Minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience in dealing with problems relating to pension/ financial sectors, with special knowledge in risk management and investment management.

Finance & Accounts:

Qualification: Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).

Experience: Minimum 03 years of postqualification experience in drawing up and finalising financial results, accounts, budgeting, cash flows, investment, TDS, income tax, audit and payroll processing.

Grade A โ€“ Assistant Manager:

General:

Qualification: Any Masterโ€™s Degree/LLB/B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university, Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)/ Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) [erstwhile Associate of Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (AICWA)] or Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) [erstwhile Fellow of Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (FICWA)] from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) [erstwhile Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India(ICWAI)] / Associate Company Secretary (ACS) or Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.

Risk Management:

Qualification: MBA/M.Fin/CA in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.

Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Duration: Probation of 1 year from the date of joining.

Selection Process for NPST Recruitment:

The mode of selection shall be a three-stage process, i.e. Phase I (online screening examination), Phase II (online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and Phase III (Interview).

Grade B โ€“ Manager:

Phase I (on-line examination):
