Name of the Research Project: Classification Methodologies Based on Censored Training Data Under Certain Life-Time Probabilistic Model Assumptions with Applications
Educational Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow:
- (M.Sc.) Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, and Computing with minimum 65% marks or 7.00 CGPA in relevant disciplines.
- In addition to the above eligibility criteria, candidates should have a minimum 60% mark or 6.5 (out of 10) CGPA or 1st class throughout their career.
- However, marks < 60% or CGPA < 6.5 in only one among the results of 10th, +2, BSc (except qualifying degree) is allowed if the candidate has a valid GATE/NET.
- Candidates with a valid GATE/NET will be given preference.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge on programming languages like C, C++, or any statistical software like R, SAS, SPSS etc. with any project experience.
Job Description: The selected candidate will research the mentioned topic, which may lead to a PhD.
